• The basket system is designed to be strong enough to carry 2 pieces of 20 m flat hose and to mount a foam mixer on it.
• Hose basket with iron phosphate coating on DKP steel material and final coat RAL 9005 polyester powder paint coating.
• Steel profile design, fixed and welded reinforced, iron phosphate coating and topcoat RAL 9005 polyester powder paint coated chassis.
• With fender and lance retaining clips on bearing and pneumatic wheels.
• Foam mixer made of composite material with venturi feature. Adjustable at the rate of 0%-1%-3%-6%, with DN 52 aluminum storz fittings at both ends.
• Flat fire hose conforming to EN 14540 standard, with DN 52 aluminum storz fittings at both ends.
• Aluminium wire wrap, plastic tubing covered connection points.
• Foam concentrate tank made of polypropylene material with a volume of 150 lt, reinforced with internal supports, complete with air suction cap, suction hose and 100% tightness and strength test.
• DN 52 foam branch pipe with aluminum on-off valve, stainless chrome pipe, and rubber shock absorber protector, providing natural air vacuum and foam production.
