FW 400 Series
Fetaş FW 400 series fire cabinets are a product group that is suitable for indoor usage, designed for professional fire fighting, and can be used by emergency response teams who have fire trained, in environments where foaming is required. Foam cabinets, which provide the ability to remotely intervene in a fire with foam, in high-risk areas where flammable liquids or solids are present, provide professional firefighting solutions.
GENERAL FEATURES
Foam cabinets with single door, 50lt foam capacity and, 20m - 30m Lay-Flat hose. Demountable foam cabinets suitable for indoor use, EN 671-2 standard, CE approved.
DETAILED FEATURES
- The basket system is designed to be strong enough to carry the hose inside and manufactured using galvanized rivets and bolts at the joints.
- Flat hose basket that can swing 90°. It is with iron phosphate coating on DKP steel material and RAL 3002 polyester powder paint.
- DN 52 – PN 16 brass stop valve.

DN 52 stainless chrome waterway pipes and connections, DN 52 aluminum storz coupling at the end.
- Foam mixer with venturi tube, composite material, adjustable in the ratio 0% -1% -3% -6%.
- Flat fire hose conforming to EN 14540 standard, with DN 52 aluminium tail storz couplings at both ends.
- 50 lt foam tank manufactured from polypropylene material, reinforced with internal reinforcements, with air suction cap and hose, product information, and 100% tightness and strength tested.
- DN 52 foam branch pipe with aluminum on-off valve, stainless steel body, and rubber shock absorber protector, providing natural air vacuum and foam production
- Screen printing pictographic instructions for use and product information on the hose basket.
- Aluminium wire wrap, plastic tubing covered connection points.
- Manufactured in accordance with EN 671-2 standard.
- Iron phosphate coating on DKP steel material and topcoat polyester powder paint coating.
- Thanks to its double bent edges, it is resistant to basket load and impacts.
- It is compatible with all Universal/Nostalgic/Glass model door types.
- It provides fast and easy assembly with its demountable feature.
- It is long-lasting with ventilation and drainage holes.
- There are wall mounting holes in the surface-mounted cabinets.
- Mounting base made of 1.5mm DKP steel material with ventilation holes.
- Press-reinforced reel mounting plate made of 2mm DKP sheet.
- Standard colors are RAL3002 red, RAL 9010 white, RAL 9005 black. It can also be produced in a different color in the desired RAL code or as Matt (Satined) / Glossy (Polished) stainless chrome.
