• The basket system is designed to be strong enough to carry the hose inside and manufactured using galvanized rivets and bolts at the joints.

• Flat hose basket that can swing 90°.

• Hose basket with iron phosphate coating on DKP steel material and RAL 3002 polyester powder paint.

• Flat fire hose conforming to EN 14540 standard, with DN 52 aluminium tail storz couplings at both ends.

• Jet-spray-off position-controlled DN 52 aluminium branch pipe with storz coupling.

• Screen printing pictographic instructions for use and product information on the hose basket.

• Aluminium wire wrap, plastic tubing covered connection points.

• Dry Chemical Powder fire extinguisher with 6 kg dust capacity in accordance with TS 862 EN 3-8, TSE and CE certified.

• Iron phosphate on galvanized steel material and topcoat polyester RAL 3002 fire red. Thus, it is resistant to impacts, outdoor weather conditions, and UV-rays. 

• All the edges and corners are welded completely to prevent water and dust inside the cabinet.

• Thanks to its double bent edges, it is resistant to basket load and impacts.

• Stainless chrome backflap hinges are used.

• The recessed design, stainless chrome handle with lock bolt mechanism, and round shape provide safe and long-lasting use.

• There are long-lasting silk printed warning instructions resistant to the weather conditions and UV-rays on the door.

• There is a gasket that provides leak-tightness on the door that can be opened at 180°.

• It provides fast and easy assembly with its demountable feature.

• Press-reinforced basket mounting plate made of 2mm DKP sheet.

• Standard color is RAL3002 red. It can also be produced in a different color in the desired RAL code or as Matt (Satined) / Glossy (Polished) stainless chrome.

• The roof and legs are coated iron phosphate on galvanized steel material and topcoat polyester RAL 3002 and the legs RAL 9005 black. Thus, it is resistant to impacts, outdoor weather conditions, and UV-rays. 

• The demountable roof on the cabinet prevents water, snow, and similar accumulations.

• There are connection holes to the floor from four points on the demountable legs. Thanks to the 6mm mounting washers under these legs, they do not come into contact with groundwater and they are resistant to the corrosion.
